Dynamic ROTO Exercise Can Be Classified In Two Ways.
Firstly, there are Dynamic ROTO Stretches (D.R.S) which promote overall health and wellbeing by stretching and exercising to improve the whole body`s rotational kinetic chain.
Secondly, there are Dynamic ROTO Eccentric Exercises (D.R.E.E) which are performed with the help of medically trained specialists to treat injuries and/or for rehabilitation. The resistance-based manipulation techniques involved have been specially developed by experienced kinesiologists (dia.24).
D.R.S(Dynamic ROTO Stretch)
Improving the rotational kinetic chain is our main aim. By using these stretches to help re-align the three kinetic chain function lines we are able to treat the whole body`s mobility.
General Benefits
D.R.S ensures increased fluidity of movement and increased feeling of wellness. It also;
1. maintains benefits of ACU-KINESIS
2. increases awareness of what the correct kinetic chain represents.
3. prevents re-occurances of rotational kinetic chain impairments
4. remedies bad postures.
Stretching Techniques That You Can Perform On A Daily Basis
The main aim of these stretch techniques is the promotion of movement and mobility. Despite our best intentions, no matter how advanced one`s level of training may be, simple irregularities in posture can cause poor form which just results in adhering bad movement patterns in all aspects of life.
In order to prevent this happening it is imperative that we correct any bad habits in posture and / or movement by re-establishing and restoring the correct rotational kinetic chain. The Dynamic ROTO Stretch entails twisting and turning the body in accordance with the body`s natural, inherent movement system that is the rotational kinetic chain. It is possible to perform these stretches without anyone`s help or assistance and if done on a daily basis we can restore the body`s ability to move freely.
By twisting and stretching the whole body from the tips of the toes to the tips of the fingers, all the while adapting our awareness of our own body throughout each stretch, we are able to overcome impairments in movement. The resulting feeling of lightness is palpable. If we do the stretches correctly on a regular basis, not only are we able to correct any irregularities in posture but naturally, also improve our internal organ function and the secretion of hormones and overall, reset our body to it`s natural, healthy state.
The principles of Dynamic ROTO Stretches(dia.25―dia.33) are in tune with the body`s true mechanisms of mobility and represent a unique, hitherto never seen treatment method.

D.R.E.E(Dynamic ROTO Eccentric Exercise)
The ACU-KINESIS method of acupuncture is closely aligned with kinesiology techniques used in clinical practice and can be used in rehabilitation to provide treatment to local areas with rotational movement and resistance manipulation.
Exercises with eccentric contractions are just examples of different combinations of muscle contraction. Here is dia.34 – 38 eccentric exercises with aspects of rotation manipulation are being performed on different joints.
【Benefits of Eccentric Exercise】
By comparing research data for the effects of Eccentric and Concentric Exercise, Eccentric Exercise (EE) is known to be the more effective method. Resistance Manipulation Stretches of the EE type have since been developed.
The benefits include improvements in;
- Improved muscle function
- Increased muscle mass
- Better muscle coordination
- Improved balance
- Improved overall flexibility
- Higher bone density
- Improved sensitivity to insulin secretion
- Decrease in the blood lipid profile
- Improved cardiovascular function
- Improved overall brain health and also Less metabolic demand
